For those not seeking full management services we have expanded our services to include simple business solutions for practices in neurosurgery, orthopedics, psychology, psychiatry, and physical therapy by creating ProCare Billing Services.   2. Who started ProCare Systems, Inc?
    In 1994, Dr. Davis and Dr. Gostine formed ProCare Systems, an organization dedicated to the development of pain management programs for either institutions or physician practices. Both are Board Certified in Anesthesia and Pain Management. With the success of implementing their systems for Pain Management practices, Dr. Davis & Dr. Gostine realized many of ProCare's services could be valuable to other medical specialties such as neurosurgery, orthopedic, etc. ProCare Systems administrative team is headed by CEO Cyndy Walsh. Her team includes experienced healthcare administrative and clinical staff.

  3. What is ProCare’s primary responsibility?
    ProCare Systems’ primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer relations through the systems and services we provide to all medical practices, physicians and their staff.

  4. Where is ProCare Systems, Inc. located?
    ProCare Systems, Inc.'s corporate administrative office is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and we are able to manage locations nationwide.

  5. Does ProCares Systems, Inc. do any consulting?
    Our affiliate ProCare Billing Services is able to offer many services for those practices not seeking full management.

    Over twenty years of administrative expertise and pain program knowledge, we offer proven successful systems, shared risk and continued sustainability of a pain management program now translate able into other medical specialties and with our affiliates ProLegal Systems, law.

    ProCare’s role is to support clinician, productivity, etc through a menu of services. The physician retains complete independence in regards to clinical practice.

    Absolutely, we believe a pain physician needs a deep toolbox to be able to deliver great patient care, because of this our programs are able to offer; Injections, med management, Physical therapy, Behavioral medicine, etc. and sometimes nutrition and alternative medicine.
